All online courses & fees are non-refundable for 2 weeks (14 calendar days) following the date of sale.

LIVE EVENTS:

Beyer & Company does not guarantee event dates. All event dates and details are subject to change due to logistical factors and attendance rate.

Notwithstanding the Happiness Guarantee below, due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, materials printed, materials acquisitions, venue contracts and all other business expenses incurred for an event, all event fees are non-refundable after 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from date of sale. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to contact@aprilbeyer.com.

HAPPINESS GUARANTEE FOR LIVE EVENTS & PROGRAMS:

Live event or live program fees are fully refundable if all of the following conditions are met:

  • All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to contact@aprilbeyer.com.
  • The refund request must be received within 24 hours after the completion of the full event or program.
  • A follow-up conversation is held with a member of the Beyer & Company, LLC. management.

FAILURE TO ATTEND:

Failure to attend a registered event without proof of written notification as stated above will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event purchase. The Happiness Guarantee does not apply where there is failure to attend.

PAYMENT PLANS:

By participating in any delayed or partial payment plan, you agree to pay balance in full according to terms outlined on this order form, including a processing fee of $50 for each delayed payment. We reserve the right to withhold services until paid in full. Failure to complete payment as agreed will cause event, program and package prices to revert to regular retail prices and will result in the account being referred to a recovery service.
